I will always be grateful to Phakyab Rinpoché for guiding us on a pilgrimage and retreat to Bodhigaya, in the neighbouring cities and at Rajir Peak. I also thank the support staff who allowed Rinpoché to realise his vision. He was so caring and worried when someone got sick. He wanted us to stay healthy and have as much comfort as possible. We were able to sit in peace, as close as possible to shamatha. He helped me lay the foundations of a practice that I was able to maintain to some extent. I will go to another retreat if my karma allows it.
I made the trip in the footsteps of the Buddha, a long-standing wish realised with the blessing of following our Venerable Phakyab Rinpoché. As I travelled, I felt an elevation of body and mind. Gratitude to Rinpoché and the whole group, with magnificent exchanges, sharing and quite picturesque moments, it was a wonderful initiatory path and connection to Buddha🙏🙏🙏 thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤ to all
"In the footsteps of the Buddha Pilgrimage", led and accompanied by Venerable Pakyab Rinpoche, was an unparalleled experience that I would not have been able to do without his help and that of his team.
Visiting the places where Buddha lived was incredibly inspiring and enriching. In these places, I experienced inner peace and harmony, the devotion of the people, and was able to share with others who aim to grow spiritually.
The benevolence of Rinpoche, his wisdom, his patience, his joy and his meditations were an excellent motivation to continue with enthusiasm on the path of dharma.
I am infinitely grateful to VPR and his team for such a wonderful experience.
